Built a township in the name & style. Shanthinagar on Tiruchendur road, Krishnapuram, Tirunelveli District with complete infrastructure & built 14 independent and twin 2BHK houses with shopping complex and bus stand. Very close to madurai-nagarcoil byepass and maharaja nagar.

Company got approval of DTCP / State government of tamilnadu for 72 3BHK, Flats with all amenities at Ondipudur next to railway flyover on trichy road and the project is set to launch soon.

The company is taking up the construction of 100 modern villas with all amenities at Pichanur located between Walayar river and Walayar dam, close to the border and L&T Bye-pass road.
